Yes, you will receive the same product that are pictured in our website. However due to lighting conditions and screen capability, there might be differences in color and appearance between what is pictured here and the actual product.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or item was sent incorrectly. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Most orders are received within 3-4 business days. Typically, we will send out your item(s) within 2 business day, if they are in stock. We will notify you in case the stock runs out, but generally this will not be the case. Please ensure to fill in the correct address and contact information such as phone and email address during checkout to avoid unnecessary delays.
For Sabah/Sarawak orders, please expect to receive your order within 6-8 days due to delays in our courier partner's delivery times.
