What Are The Available Shipping Methods?
We use our preferred shipping company who has proven to handle our delicate products well in ensuring that you receive the shipment in a timely and safe manner. Typically, we ship out our packages within 2 days or less, depending on if the product(s) are in stock or not (as we bake our biscuits fresh daily).
About your packed shipment
Please do ensure that your delivery address and contact details are filled in correctly to avoid any delays in delivery. Shipping fees includes courier costs plus handling and packaging, and are fixed according to the weight of the total package.
All packaging will be shipped in an amply sized carton and items will be well protected from any damage during the shipping process.
How do I track my package?
You will receive an email once the package has been shipped with the tracking number included. Typically, the package will be in the tracking system within 12 hours, but this might take longer depending on the shipping company’s load and/or policy.
Tax and customs duties
For international shipments, you are responsible for any tax levied or customs duties on the goods received. Please check with your respective country’s customs office on the amount to be paid before ordering in order to avoid any major surprise.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Standard delivery time within Peninsular Malaysia is 1 – 3 business days, while deliveries to Sabah & Sarawak might take up to 7 days.
For international deliveries, please expect your package to arrive within 7 – 14 business days. Customs clearance might increase this estimate, so please check with your country’s customs office for clarification.
How fast do you send out my item?
Typically, we will send out your item(s) within 2 business day, if they are in stock. We will notify you in case the stock runs out, but generally this will not be the case. Please ensure to fill in the correct address and contact information such as phone and email address during checkout to avoid unnecessary delays.
