Ham chi soe only has the slightest resemblance to the kai chai peng due to the use of five spices in its ingredients and its thin crunchiness but that’s where the similarities end.

Beh Teh Saw (马蹄酥) has been a staple delicacy in the Chinese community for a very long time.
